Thanks for the feedback. The TiAL is black and asking price includes 7, 9, and 12 PSI springs--otherwise, you're right about the price--so, offers welcome.
I needed the springs during testing to better match vacuum during testing of the valve. They may not be of value in that regard to those interested in the TiAL...so, if you're interested, just let me know...you'd be number 4 on offers for this item.

1. The Turbosmart is designed to be adjustable.

The valve was $218 new...so, $150+Paypal/Shipping already seemed reasonable to me. PM sent...
2. Don't know how it sounds...it has stayed in the box since it arrived. What you will probably hear is your intake giving off a little whoosh--depending on how firm the adjustment is.
