aparently things have changed scince the old dsm days.
the different durations have the best power combination for the idle quality they have.
so you are still going to get around 30 HP gains from these but still have a stock like idle.
some people like this.
the car dosent give away that it has a set of cams with the ploppy idle.
also some have even taken their cars in for warranty work and flown under the radar. even though i realize that these fit evo 7 and 8 only and the warranty is quickly running out even on the 05's
some people just don't want to deal with the stalling and lack of vaccum at idle
that other cams may cause.

still for sale $300 set of cams w/timing belt and new oem cam seals
GSC brand in box.
1 cam NEVER used the other was used BY GSC and purchased from them.
they guaranteed it was like new.
