HKS EIDS type K(for EVO)

For Sale HKS EIDS (Electronic idle Stabilizer). i am no longer running a vent to atmosphere blow off valve , so i do not need this anymore. I sent it to HKS to have it checked out and it is on its way back to me now. Shoot me an offer if interested.

What exactly is the point of it? Does it help not damage the engine with a VTA BOV?
