It's a full 3" 4 bolt downpipe and comes with the turbo because it was put and you have to break a tool to be able to get to one of the bolts. It has the buschur style slip fits and will slip onto your test pipe or you can get the 2 bolt flange welded on.

Everything comes with couplers.
