I have ARP headstuds used for almost 20k miles, nothing wrong with them, don't want to take the risk at really high boost levels 
so I got AMS/TMS headstuds.
10 studs 10 washers and 10 nuts. $60 shipped.
I have a used set of supertech dual valve springs, do not come with seats or retainers. Used for almost 20k as well. $80 shipped
Both parts came off my car, which had a stock turbo and never saw more then 24psi or 7800rpm. Both parts should work just fine.
I also have 2 sets of stock pistons and rods, one set has 40k on them, and the valves made contact with pistons, not too bad but its visible, no cracks or anything.
The other set has about 22k and same story. Make offers one these, I have been using them for decoration and figered somebody may have a better use for them.
