I dont have the silencer but would that reallly help that much anyway??

This exhaust is around 600 for just the catback & 999 for the turbo back So I dont want to get anything that is too far from that price new.

I heard megan isnt that quiet...with a 3 inch dp ...maybe with a stock cat.

Did you try to just use the muffler insert that bolts into the tip?

ALOT quieter... Like night and day... Enough to keep the "FUZZ" from pulling your over.

I guess Ill try that...Its just the fact that I dont want to have to pull over and take the thing off if I want a little power and sound...hence the qtp.

I have a Thermal RD exhaust. The Catback and Testpipe are welded together though. I guarantee this exhaust is quiet. It even looks stock. It idles very quiet but at WOT it opens up very nicely. I always get compliments on the sound by other evo owners. Also this exhaust does not Drone at any speed. Its deep sounding and but very quiet. I went from a RNR with magnaflow which is supposed to be quiet and this is alot more quiet. Another bonus is the testpipe is Ultimate Racing which has built in o2 fix so you wont throw a code. Let me know. Thanks
