is there not a bung? and it's rusted up pretty bad to be asking 200 isn't it? Brand new is 270 shipped

What? The bung isn't in the downpipe on the Evo 8 / 9. Its in the o2 housing, and after the flange on the cat back.

And its not rusted, its stainless steel... I would say 1/3rd off and being negotiable is a pretty good deal
