Yes, you can plug the bungs. When I had AMS weld the bungs they sent plugs with the mani.
Everybody keeps PMing me asking about how it works with the nitrous bungs and if you don't want to run nitrous.
Look at the 3rd picture for reference:
The welded bungs have plugs in the center of them that screw in and out using a hex head.(You can see these in the center of the bung on the 3rd picture)
You use a small amout of teflon tape when you screw them in. If you run nitrous, you just unscrew the plugs and screw in the nitrous nozzles. Very easy.
