If by rich, you mean lean, then yeah I would agree.

What was boost like on this turbo? I wouldn't mind upgrading my eclipse turbo to get rid of some lag!

-On pump gas I had it around ~24psi (low 11s for AFRs)
-I made a 110 map which I ran from time to time, and the boost was ~27psi spiking at 29psi during spool up (AFRs were high 11s, close to 12).
-Before I took it off I had started started using alky, I ran the same boost as my 110 map. (for most of the time the AFRs were pretty rich, low 10s, but I eventually leaned it out some. Up to low 11s)

If I had to guess, of the miles on the turbo, probably about ~50% of them were spent at ~24psi, the rest of them time it was 25+psi.
