Do you know if this kit will work with a Buschur 37R? Specifically the lower intercooler pipe.

I would think the turbo outlet is going to be reletively close to the same spot as any other kit unless the exhaust manifold is something radical. I dont know if it will work for sure, but I imagine it would only take a little triming of the lower pipe if it didnt fit.

I think you would need a reducer from 3 to 2.5" and an elbow type lower pipe coming off the turbo to the lower u bend i/c pipe. Just from looking at it. I could be wrong.

Thats probably correct. If you dont already, you'll need a 90 degree coming off the turbo and 3" to 2 1/2" reducer.
