bump, All pms replyied, and please keep you comments to yourself if your not interested, when my buddy got the i/c it had the ams on the front but during the cleaning and sanding its no longer there.

This will bolt right to the catback part. (mid pipe) direct bolt on.

Can you post a pic of the top of the intercooler? That really doesn't look like an AMS intercooler based off of your second smaller picture. But a better pic of the top mounting flange and side mounting flange will tell all.
