FS: Built IX Motor, other stuff....
Well, I unfortunately totalled my Evo a couple of weeks ago, just got it back from the insurance company. I know the motor still runs, because after the accident, the car was still running fine. Just way to much chassis damage to fix so they claimed it totalled.
-Anyways, Im posting my motor for sale. It was built 8,000 miles ago by Turbotrix. Block and head were disassembled, hot tanked, and rebuilt. The head has stock valves and valve guides. No porting was done either. Motor was PROPERLY broken in by Turbotrix and tuned conservatively. The last numbers the car put down was 420whp and over 450wtq on a stock, unported turbo. Motor has the following and includes! :
Eagle H-beam Rods
Wiseco Pistons and Rings, 8.8:1 CR
ARP hardware
ARP Headstuds
New Oil Pump and Water Pump
GSC Beehives with Stock Retainers
Cosworth M2 272/272 cams
Stock Cam Gears
Clevite Main and Rod bearings
All new factory gaskets!!!!
I have the receipts from Turbotrix when I got the motor and the trans rebuilt.
Im looking to get $3000 for the motor. This does NOT come with the turbo! Pics will be up on Wednesday! Its a shame to have to part it out, but I need the money and I dont want to see a perfectly good motor go to waste...
-Also selling a custom modified Buschur TBE. It used to have a bullet muffler, but I brought it to a shop by me, NRG Tech, that welded a stock appearing Magnaflow muffler in the stock location. Exhaust is a full 3", no cat, with a small dent in the downpipe from the accident. Also has a wideband bung already welded about 3 feet from the turbo location. Looking for $400.
-Stock IX turbo w/ QTP dump and manifold SOLD
- Freshly, semi-built by TTR, 5speed transmission. On flaw is it has a slight crack in the bellhousing where the starter bolts to. Im taking it out and giving it to NRG Tech (amazing welders and fabricators), to weld it back on. Everything still shifts perfect, No grinds, hesitations, or lock-outs. It has the same mileage on the motor, 8,000 miles. The transmission is off of my 06 IX, I had them install a 05 VIII 4th gear along with the TTR stage 1 rebuild package. Never missed a gear with the transmission, and on top of that, it shifts like BUTTER!!!. I did a review of the trans in the Service section.

Im looking to get $1300 for the transmission. Ill even include the shifter cables and shifter bushings.
- Exedy Twin Disk SD. Needs a rebuild. Great clutch and held up for a while with the power I was making! Ill let this go for $800.
- AEM Meth Kit SOLD
- AEM EMS SOLD
There are some other stuff I have for sale, just dont remember off the top of my head. Ill update as I go along with the disassmble of the car.
All pictures will be up by wednesday. And as for the transmission, I will post up the picture of the slight damage it has to the bell housing (mind you it DOES NOT affect the shifting or anything AT ALL), and the after when I get it welded.

Its a steal if you ask me! Its a complete drop-in-go motor! Comes with alt, a/c compressor, p/s pump, all the belts already on and ready to go. Its just ready to go!

Sorry for double post, But Im willing to part the head and block from eachother.
I will sell the head for $1500 with the cams.
Ill let the Block go for $2500. Remember. PICK UP ONLY unless we could work out shipping arrangements.
Also, this comes with ALL the sensors, thermostat housing, from the valve cover, to the oil pan! Ready to go! Hence the reason for a steal!!!!
