so you would say, hta3586 twin scroll is the way to go on a street setup ??? Doesn't transient response really depends on size of turbo rather than way turbo is setup ? Force feeding is a good thing, more the air more its compressed equal to high Hp gains...

There are numbers of threads on here, including Ted B.'s twin scroll project and threads testing Full Race TS manifold/turbos that show that TS makes a big difference in HOW and HOW QUICKLY the systems respond in transient conditions -- not full throttle on a drag strip. That's what makes TS a superior setup for road racing, autocross, and STREET. On a dragstrip, where you're only at full throttle, this kind of response is not a goal.

Since this is a for sale thread, I'd be happy to take technical questions to PMs.

Thanks for your interest!

Hello, R/T Ernie,

I appreciate your interest, (and the many other PMs) in part of the kit, but if the whole thing does not sell, I'm content to keep it and try it out myself, so I'm really not disposed to sell the turbo by itself.

Loveland area, which is about 50 miles north of Denver. I do get down to Denver regularly and occasionally to Colorado Springs area...

I wavered back and forth with the HTA3582R and the HTA3586R. Either way, I think you'll be very happy with the performance. Good luck, R/T Ernie!

There's another thread where the guy decided to go with a forward facing instead of a RED. Sell yours to him and buy mine
