parting an evo 8 engine harness

Will do 18.00 shipped in the lower 48 for any plug you need with the most amount of wire possible.

I know they are in good shape but I really don't know if the clips are there, I will check.

How much for the hid headlight plugs and wiring into the fuse box and the fuse box with the hid relays, maybe cut off at the other end of the fuse box?

This is an engine harness not a chassis harness which contains the plugs you are looking for.

I thought the engine harness was the whole entire harness from the firewall forward?

The engine harness goes from the ecu to the engine and no chassis wiring has anything to do with the engine harness itself.
