Yes it will, you have to use the bottom half of the IX coil pack sticks and it will fit right up!

I know because I have the same CDI setup and test fit it on a IX for a friend.

i had the same intake on my IX so yep. and the CDI will as well.

the shipping on the exhaust is gonna suck... PM me if you are really interested.
