We are trying to find out from him whats going on since all these parts he sold were done directly by him not the shop. Since he was parting out his personal car and had nothing to do with the shop we didn't think anything about it and we were not aware of what was going on. I have spoke to one or two people who have had problems with their parts that have called me directly recently and brought this to our attention, and we are trying to get to the bottom of this and help everyone out with their problem and hopefully get this resolved quickly.

Excuse me, but I am a little unclear as to how you got scammed. When we post a thread hundreds, if not thousands of people see it, and I'm sure more than a few would want the same part. You inquired as to the price, like many other people did. We respond to everyone since we try to sell our parts and not just let them sit until one person decides to buy the part. So by the time that you decided you wanted to buy it and sent payment, someone else had already sent money for that part. Items are sold on a first come first served basis, and we apologize if you couldn't get the part you needed, but thats just how it works. If you still need the part, we can get you one. But i'm sorry that you missed the boat on a great deal, you know they don't stick around long.

However, since you did miss out on the deal, the money was refunded to you immediately. As a matter of fact, you were refunded the money even before you knew that the part was sold. If i remember correctly, you even responded to me asking why you were refunded the money. You didn't have to chase us around, you didn't even have to say hey, this part was sold, can I get my money back? It was immediately refunded and you didn't take your money under any false pretenses, and you were only without that money for what, a day? If that?

Again I'm sorry you felt slighted, but thats just how it goes.
