You can not hold 30 psi on a red unless you have a external dump or a rpm based boost controller like the HKS EVC6 or Apexi AVCR. Just trying to help so please dont be acting like I know your set-up

I get A 1 psi drop after redline on my red. Forge mbc.
I was looking to get the Hallman for in cabin control. What I'd your spike and what are you seeing for boost after redline.

i dont plan on running 30, i just want something that i know will hold 25 easily and then still have some more room to grow for later modifications

Then a good MBC should be able to do that just fine, if you have the wastegate pre tensioned.
