FS: Revolver Cams and 2 sets of stock cams

I have some cams for sale for an Evo VIII.

ONE pair of Revolver cams, low mileage. These are no longer made, so they're very hard to find! I have two sets (long story) and looking to get rid of one pair of them and I'm installing the other pair in my own evo.

Specs:

Revolver 262/264
Advertised Duration - 262 deg Int / 264 deg Exh
Effective Duration - 222 deg @ 1mm Int / 223 deg @ 1mm Exh
Lift - 11.4mm Int / 11.5mm Exh
Lobe Centerlines - 109 deg Int / 111 deg Exh
LSA - 110 deg

These are known for making BIG torque numbers, even on the stock turbo, without losing any spool. Aftermarket springs and retainers are needed for these!

And they sound pretty damn nasty too:

$385 shipped/paypal'd/OBO.

Other than that, the other two sets I have for sale are stock evo VIII cams - make an offer on these.

If you have those Revolvers after Christmas, I will take them. Bump for my favorite cams.

Guys,

I'm getting quite a few questions on the 262/264 Advertised duration of these Revolvers. DO NOT let these numbers fool you. They have more effective duration than say a cam like the HKS 280s + more lift too.

If you compare these numbers to say, a GSC S2 or Kelford 272, you'll see that they are not some wimpy cams....These cams were the real deal back in the day, but since they went out of business, you don't hear or see much about them anymore. You NEED springs/retainers for these. No questions about that!

Lots of interest, and hopefully someone will follow through on the money end soon!

Any other questions, just ask!

That's my vid of the revolver cams u posted(look at sig)... I wouldn't recommend them unless ur built....these cams are best used with built motor big turbo. They are a very aggressive cam and sound AWESOME. I wish evo ix had cams that sounded like these

That's a bad *** video!

Was it an open downpipe, or did you have a full exhaust in that video?

I sort of disagree with the statement that these are only to be used with a bigger turbo. There are plenty of people out there running the stock turbo or FP line of turbos with these cams.

And they shouldn't be. I'm not trying to bash ur fs thread. But just want ppl to be aware. If these cams wernt awesome I wouldn't have ran them. But when it comes to engines I'm very knowledgable seeing as I built the engine in the vid I did ALOT of research when it came to cams. But it WON'T hurt to run these on stock turbo for anyone interested. If I had another viii I'd buy them... Glws and yes it was a open dp. I eventually ran the exhaust out the pass side of the front bumper

So these are most likely for built motors?
