WTB: ACD Transfer Case

I am looking for an ACD transfer case from an '05 or '06 EVO that has NON cracked ring and pinion gears, NON cracked front LSD housing, NON fried ACD unit. Should be simple, right! The last one I bought used had ALL of these problems even though the seller swore it "ran great" when he took it out of the car. So, it's a useless pile of metal that I paid lots of $$ for.

I want to buy an ACD transfer case off someone who is confident that it is good. I will pay a deposit and shipping. You ship it to TRE in Kalamazoo, MI. Once Jon tells me it is good to go I pay you the remainder. If it DOESN'T check out for any of the 3 reasons stated above - it's your responsibility to pay to have it shipped back to you and I get my deposit back. That way we are each only out the price of shipping. But if it's GOOD, then you get lots of my $$ and I get a transfer case I can use.

If anyone is willing to help me out let me know. Thanks!

I want one that is not broken in any way and "like new" but I dont' want to spend the $3K for a new one. Yes, I want my cake and to eat it too. . .

For your "rebuilt" ones - what exactly does that include? If you have to replace a R+P what gearset (Albins?) do you use and what treatment do you give it?

Well we dont charge 3k.. We drop in new OEM Ring and Pinion or HARDENED steel Ring and Pinion.. Your choice..

New Bearings, New seals, Shimmed and Optionally Studded for 1800.00.. We dont do the 10mm bolt upgrade we use studs.. Its worked for us so we are going that route..

Do you check each front LSD VIA magnaflux/MPI for cracks around the oil holes?

For the $3K price I was referring to a brand new one from the factory.

Do you have any that are stock but not broken? That's what I'm looking for.

And I don't think TRE is in the market of selling used transfercases so I need to come up with my own used one.
