Magnus Manifold w/ Direct port nitrous Injections and 75mm TB!
This manifold was originally bought from Bushur back in early 2005. It resembles a Magnus Street Sheet Metal Intake Manifold but does not have any Magnus engraving on the plenum. From what I was told this manifold was one of three prototypes that Marco built for Buschur. This particular manifold came with 1/16NPT nitrous ports that Marco welded on
Nitrous Express Direct Wet Port Pirahna nozzles were used and custom stainless lines were formed to the NX distribution blocks. These blocks are fed by NX lightning solenoids that are mounted to brakets that have been welded on the back side of the manifold. The solenoids do clear the factory brake lines & ABS system. The nitrous soleniod does have a Hitman purge soleniod tee'd onto it as you can see in the pictures.
This Manifold uses a 75mm throttlebody bolt pattern and DOES include an ACCUFAB 75MM throttlebody with a Mustang style TPS sensor. I will include half of the upper intercooler pipe so the 3" Wiggins clamp can be used.
Lastly a custom fuel rail was used with -8 feed and -6 return. As you can see in the pictures the NX fuel soleniod gets it fuel from the rail feed fitting.
This setup was used for about 1000 miles and includes jets for a 100hp shot (25HP per nozzle). It made 810awhp at 30psi at one point in its life and has the potential for more.
