Indeed it does... This picture was taken today it is still installed in my car. I will uninstall when it is sold.... I suggest a patch harness that will not come with it but that is totally optional I just prefer not to hack up my stock ecu wiring....

I also suggest using RRE's ECU pin out....
You will need misc items for it such as mounting hardware, self tapping sheetmetal screws thats basically it....
