F/S: Kelford 264 / 260 cams for Evo 9 IX w MIVEC 9-TX264
I have one set of used Kelford 264/260 degree cams for 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution with MIVEC for sale, part # 9-TX264.
These cams are perfect for any 2.0L build at 450 whp or under. The Kelford 264 cams' powerband will hit significantly faster compared to 272-degree cams like Cosworth M2 or GSC S2s (better for street driving, autocross, or track driving). Still have plenty extra duration and lift—11.0mm intake, 10.35mm exhaust—to flow significantly more air than the OEM Evo9 cams (only 10.3mm and 9.5mm).
These cams will add between 25 to 60 whp as compared to the OEM Evo9 cams after tuning, depending on your fuel (gas or E85), boost level, and other supporting mods (intake, turbocharger, exhaust, etc).
These Kelford cams have less than 1,000 miles on them, prob. closer to 500 miles. I'm selling them because I'm building a stroker engine with a bigger turbo, so going with bigger cams now.
These cams do not require upgraded valvesprings and retainers unless you're going to regularly rev the engine way past the OEM redline, like 8300 RPM or higher.
