wts evo ix turbo.
like title says. i got one thats for sale.
history:i thought that my turbo was blown because there was an oil leak somewhere between the turbo and manifold and it kept leaking.
and me stupid enough i just went out and buy another ix turbo like it was the end of the world
.
so once i took it out, for some reason the oil was leaking from the block because one of the studs for the manifold was missing,
and probably one of my valve seals on cylinder 1 have gone bad because its leaking from that side and on the intake side too.
(bought the car that way if you must know..).
so now once everything is out, why would i not put in the newer turbo right?
so this is why this USED one is for sale.
it hold boost fine, spins freely, has little to no shaft play.
but honestly it could use a rebuild.
the reason i say this is because a few of the fins on the compressor is chipped for some reason,
not that you cant just slap it on and drive,
because when i had it prior to swapping the turbo it ran like a champ.
like i said i bought the car that way...
long story short:
thought my turbo was blown, bought another one, found out the reason why it was leaking, put in the new turbo,
so this one is now sitting in my garage and i want it gone.
since some compressor is chipped, i will put my asking as 400obo shipped.
please respect my price and dont lowball me.
