theres someone else selling one complete one for $600...bare head my wild guess will be around $250-$300...no more than that!!

Dont lowball the guy, he knows what he has. Stock valvetrain components are pretty much worthless with the exception of the rocker arms, everything else is cheap, or not very desirable,

+1, I hate cheap people. $600 is a fair price, don't take less than that.
