Wizzo what's up man! What clutch do you have in the car now? Quarter Master street? How is it?

No I wanted to go with a quartermaster race clutch but it was a little bit out of my price range. I wound up getting a great deal on a new exedy HD twin. The SD is an awesome clutch for daily driving and the occasional weekend dragstrip run. I'm just going to be making too much power for this clutch or I would've just rebuilt it and kept using it. Ill see how the HD compares to the SD after my motor is back in the car. I'm sure the pedal effort will be more. Just not sure how much more. When this clutch goes I will most likely go with quartermaster after reading some more reviews on it. See ya around

I am in the same boat as you sir. My trans is completely shot to the point where I have no second gear. On top of this third gear, fourth and fifth grind and I have a stock slipping clutch. I am debating whether to go with a Quartermaster or Exedy twin currently too. I drive roughly 100 miles a day to school and back so for now Exedy gets my vote unless the street version of the Quartermaster is released. I love the idea of the hydraulic throw-out bearing versus the cruddy stock one. I guess we'll see! Give me a review of the HD when you can man!

Before I took this out it was not slipping with 500whp and 420tq. It will work as is. I recommend getting a floater plate though. I listed measurements on eBay. Click link in first post.
