Reason I ask is cause Im US Military stationed in Germany and can only recieve USPS thats why.

is the test pipe 3.5" as well? and will it bolt onto a 3" downpipe?

yep! 3.5 straight down from dp with only one bend. well actually, 2 bends. one S.
i had it hooked up to perrin DP and HKS DP before that with absolutely no problems. both 3 in dps

This is still a fantastic sounding exhaust. Since it is 3.5" from the downpipe, would this mean I have to get rid of my 3" Buschur downpipe in place of a larger?

no sir its a direct bolt on for 3in. i ran this with 2 in perrin and hks dp
