Could you measure the screw holes in the spark plug cover, from center of screw hole to center of screw hole, on one side, top or bottom?

Yes, I want to try to use it on a IV. There are sites that sell spark plug cover that say 4-9 and I really can't find any info if the spark plug covers fit 4-9 or the sets like 4/5/6 7/8/9.
