FS: FP Red converted/ported never installed
The evo9 turbo I had converted to an FP Red (Journal bearing not Ball Bearing) is for sale. The evo9 turbo that was converted had 30K miles on it. The Turbo is freshly rebuilt by FP, and the hotside was ported before sent to their facility. The inlet is 80MM as I was told. I have an email in to FP to get all the exact specs on the rebuild. The WGA is the FP 25psi actuator. It is brand new and has not been used.
The only thing you would need in order to bolt this right up to your 9 would be a new oil line (not required), but FP will recommend it. if you have an evo 8- you will need the evo8-evo9 conversion kit which you can find for about $100. If you have those things already then you'e good to go. This comes with the brand new FP WGA.
Since FP no longer makes the Journal Bearing FP Red, this is one of the last that was actually converted.
Selling for $1550 - WGA INCLUDED
- if paying by paypal, please add the % they take.
What: Converted FP Red 84MM inlet, ported hotside, never installed
Condition: As good as it can get with not being Brand new.
Location: South Coffeyville, OK USA
Shipping: FREE within the 48 states

Keep in mind everyone- you cannot buy these anymore new. They are no longer in production. Some prefer jb over bb and vice versa.

^^ dookie - you still can for sure. They will just be converted to ball bearing instead of journal bearing from what I understand.
Most people would say there is a small drive-ability advatange with the BB, but if used for auto X or road course it won't hold up like the journal bearing- which is why the turbo I'm selling might be rare as it's brand new and unused- and jb.
