OEM RS Front LSD Diff

I have a oem RS Front LSD that will make a great upgrade for anyone with a open front differential. Price is $425 OBO shipped. If you want to pay with paypal, then you cover the fees or you can send it as a gift. I ship usps priority and it is insured for the amount that it sells for.SOLD

Is this a stronger part than the 2003 non-RS models?

The 2003 models came with a open front diff. With a open front diff you can basically only apply power to one front tire. With this lsd you apply power to both front wheels.

OK. I like how that sounds about the even distribution.

OK. I understand that it allows both wheels to turn at the same time. Does this make things safer for the drivetrain? Thanks.

I don't know if I would use the word safer but what i can tell you is that the open diff is very weak and prone to braking. I guess it could be thought of being safer in the fact that the LSD diff has been proven to be quite a bit stronger than a open diff.
