Damaged evo 9 turbo- core
Just replaced my 9 turbo because It was starting to have wheel to housing contact. I heard a ticking noise and immediatly parked it, hoping to have a good core out of it. As you can see from the pics, damage to housing is extremely slight. It was still boosting fine to 24psi when pulled, it just made noise at idle and low speeds.
Still, THIS IS NOT A USABLE TURBO. It would not last you more than a week or two.
I imagine it is a good "core turbo" to send in to FP or MAP or CBRD.
Turbo had about 74k miles on it. Ran stock boost tell 70k. Does not include oil or coolant lines.
ALL the STUDS, THREADS, are good.
Not sure what its worth, but Im asking 200 OBO, plus shipping.
Will ship to anywhere, from northern california. Cresecent City Ca.
