As you can see in the pictures and everything that is stated about the part above, It is flanged for an HKS bov, Hks flanged unit. However in the link provided above, you can purchase a quality stainless steel adapter flange to go from hks flange to tial flange for around $39 if you wish. PM me for any further interest.
