Weir 12-Plate Rear-Diff Rebuild Kit
For sale are the Weir 12-plate rebuild kit (http://www.weirperformance.com/maxgriplsdkits.html). I was going to rebuild my rear-diff, but decided to sell the car. For those that don't want to pay the $700 cost for TRE diff, plus possible downtime, this is an excellent alternative. Prices include shipping and PayPal fees.

Weir - $150; retails for $180 new, plus shipping

I don't know, I had planned to do the work myself. It seems fairly straightforward, especially if the shop has a lift and some mechanical capability; I would guess a couple hundred dollars in labor.
