out of pure curiosity... when you order something like this, is it put together from the order date, or is this something mitsubishi has had sitting in a warehouse since somewhere between 2006 and X date? if it's been sitting is there a way to find out how long? also is the warranty from the time you received the engine or do you have to prove the date it was installed?

The warranty is from the time I received the engine which is december 10-15
