my v-band 6466 for your 5858
I just bought a ix with an ams 6466 v-band turbo kit. The motor is stock and Iplan on keeping it stock so the 6466 is really overkill for me. I'd like to go with a 5858 so if you have one and it's a v-band I'd be interested in trading.
The previous owner told me that this turbo has about 9k miles on it pushing 470hp. The shaft spins freely and there isn't and play that I can feel. It appears to be in good condition.
Let me know if you're interested in trading.

Well if I can't find someone to trade I'll probably buy a 5858 at which point I'd be willing to sell it. I just can't sell until I have a replacement. I'd probably ask $1,300 or so.
I only have a few pics of it on the car and they aren't close ups. I'll try to get some better pics tomorrow.

It is journal bearing. I ran it on the stock block last year and opted for journal bearing because of the slightly slower spool to save the stock block. I was hitting full boost by 4700-4800 on my set up.

I didn't see you asked for miles. It has around 2500 miles on it. My Evo is not a daily, not winter driven. The turbo saw 28psi a couple times but 25-26psi normally. It was great on my stock block, but now I'm a 2.4L and want more haha.
