Evo 8 Turbo, TurboSmart IWG
I have the following items for sale located in 41005:
Used Evo 8 turbo with 9.8 hotside - $120obo
Used Turbosmart IWG75 w/22psi base spring pressure - SOLD
The Turbo is off of a 04 Evo 8 with approximately 70k miles on it. The Turbo needs rebuilt. Not entirely sure what all needs done, but I suspect an oil seal. There is shaft play too. The 9.8 hotside has no signs of any divider cracks/etc. Only 1 stud is broke where the hotside mounts to the manifold as seen in the pictures. Water lines are included. Price is $120obo.
The Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate is for use on the Evo 4-8. It has a base spring cracking pressure of 22psi. Has only about 1,000 miles of use. There are a few nicks/scratches as seen in the pictures from removal. The wastegate itself can be rotated so that those scratches/nicks are not visible from the front by removing the 2 mounting nuts and flipping the wastegate. The turnbuckle is also sightly bent but is still able to be mounted without hassle. The nut is currently un-tightened to allow pre-load adjustment. The mounting bracket may be modified to allow install on an Evo 9 turbo. SOLD
