clutch pedal not fully returning and looses pressure while driving

hello guys, recently after a short drive i parked my car then i came back to drive it after an hour i found that my clutch pedal was lower then my brake pedal so every time im changing gears it doesnt return fully ,im elevating the pedal manually to its rest position, the pedal feels softer then normal i drove it for a week until i lost pressure in my pedal to where i couldnt engage into gear anymore,i checked my fluid the bottle was somehow 3/4 filled so i added fluid and pumped the pedal without bleeding and it was better could engage smoothly but not 100 normal drove for 40 miles then lost pressure again so i swapped my cmc and slave cylinder internals even though there was no visible leaks at all.
I did bleed the system and car worked ok for 2 days and now the issue came back.Ordered an oem CMC and changed the rebuilt one and still same problem.
any help about what can cause this issue im running an ACT clutch that has like 10 k miles on it never launched never slips or whatever.

if you're losing fluid there's a leak somewhere in the system.

If not a hydraulic problem: the fingers on the clutch cover pull in compressing the plunger in the slave cylinder. This pushes fluid up to the clutch master cylinder and this raises the clutch pedal. If something has gotten between the pressure plate and the clutch disc, say some clutch facing or part of a broken spring, the the fingers won't push the clutch all the way up.

So the next step is to take the tranny out and check the clutch.
I will do it tomorrow and post back once fixed.
