I don't think anything is "wrong" with your bars. Your infractions outweigh everything else.

 

what infractions? I only have -5 points from 1 infraction? But somehow I lost 4000 points???

Yes, infractions have very large negative values for the experience system.

-4k points penalty seems overly harsh for something like that (as long as it was just an honest oversight, and you weren't using someone else's pics).

That sucks. At least the sales rating is still listed separately from the points bar.
