Whoah, finally a response after 6 months.... You mean you're not the person I did business with back in December of last year? This needs to be cleared up. Did you check out the links to the posts I put up? I'll PM you with more info.

Thanks for the links to other threads, too... We just moved to a new 6K square foot facility and haven't had internet until recently.. I will make sure everything else is taken care of immediately. We have many happy and satisfied customers and it is a shame that a couple of bad experiences can give the complete wrong impression of my business and its practices...

Wow..I was wondering what the hell has been goin' on the past 6 months or so. So you're saying that an employee of yours was using your Screenname (MayhemSi) conducting business? If so, some things need to be corrected and cleared up. Once I do get my refund, I will go and change the "negative" sales rating that I posted a while back on your profile. Then I will go to the other couple threads that I have posted on about this and clear things up for your business.
