Cool, its good to hear there are other EVOs out in CC. I saw some pics of your car on here - it looks sweet! The next time there is a SA meet or something we should convoy up there.

That sounds great. There's another guy on this forum, Haehl, in Corpus with an MR and he invited me to go to one of the last get togethers. I can't get off on Saturdays, we're way to busy. I suggested the first time a Sunday would be easier. I would think on a Sunday more people would be off.

Thats just my 2 cents worth, if it were on a Sunday I'd go.

What part of Corpus do you live in Adam? Which Evo did you buy and which dealer did you buy from? I'm curious because I hear all the horror stories about dealerships and this one was pretty easy here.

I live in the Tuloso area near the airport. I actually bought my Evo from Gillman in Rosenberg (SW of Houston). I can't say I really had any issues with them myself.

By the way, how do you percieve our local Mitsubishi dealer to act in regards to modifications? I haven't done any yet, but I'm curious...

They are pretty conservative on mods. It's really hard for me to say because I have no warranty left. I have voided every warranty there is. They're ok to me when I need help or advice but if you mod your car they are clueless, they only know what the book says. None of the guys in service are into the upgrades at all. Still they are very nice and cordial.

Thanks!
