The address is to the locals apartement complex, his Names Gregg, from the 3000gt forums.

The bowling alley is right across the street from him (on the other side of the highway) so its just to give you a general idea of where to meet.

The bowling alley is at exit 183 on IH-35

OK well thanks to the hurricane, power is out from where I go to school all the way south to where I work, meaning no work or school this week. That leaves me at my parents house only 45 minutes from SA, much better than 4 hours. So I'll definately be there for Hooters and the meet.
