what is the offset on those wheels? What kind of tires are they?

Correct, and i got them from Aneil At Forced Performance in Mckinney, Tx. They are perfect and without a scratch. You can check with him (Aneil) they DO NOT RUB lock to lock. He had them on his car in a photo shoot before i bought them, the photo shoot is entitled "pirranah and me." His car is the red RS, .
