"10/26 NTEC Picnic/BBQ -- BE THERE"
I HAVE OUR PASSES -- SEE BELOW

Where: Pike Pavilion, Lake Park, Lewisville, TX
When: 10/26, rolling in 10:30-11am (my wife has church in the morning, so we'll be there around 11-11:30)
What: a chance to get everyone together on a weekend to hang out while we are in the best N. Texas weather.
This would be a family event so kids and significant others are definitely welcome.
I think we can run it a bit like a pot luck, where everyone can just bring a little something.
Volunteer to bring something and I will update the list.
1. Goofygrin - Chips and homemade salsa
2. Addiction24 - chicken breasteses
3. MrMTB - kick-**** potato salad and something else (either a pasta or desert salad), and will volunteer some grill time + charcoal
4. JDW1479 - cookies, plates, napkins, plasticware, cups, beef fajita meat, ice for drinks, and a good ol' fashion watermelon
5. red evo8 - plates napkins, soda? w/e
6. Shimanchu - pigs in a blanket
7. bimmertech03 - 15-20 lbs of marinaided Korean BBQ!!! and corns on the cob!!!
8. Devo330 - QUESO! (not!)
9. tnt1106 - asian food. Any special requests? We will grab some drinks too.
10. booster9 - brownies!
11. Lancerguy'03 - water
12. reggiesd - chips/dip and drinks too
13. nikkadanny - water & some sodas (I think 2l bottles is cheaper and easier to deal with)
14. denver - Ill bring some type of food
15. Shammy - personal keg of german bier

Location at Pike Pavilion @ Lake Park in Lewisville
Due to the crazy entrance fee, I have decided to move the picnic to the Pike Pavilion at Lake Park. http://www.cityoflewisville.com/wcms...tent/Lake+Park
This is a better location for the following reasons:
- I get 20 passes for cars to enter the park for the same money. Extra passes are cheap, so don't sweat them!
- Alcohol is allowed (no glass containers)
- the parking lot at the pavilion is for the pavilion only
- pets (on leashes) are allowed
So, once I scout the location and verify that it will work, I will need to meet up with people in order to hand out the passes. If more than 20 cars will be coming, I will order more passes (not a big deal I want this meet to be HUGE).
Passes Information
I have the passes. You need a pass in order to get in and out without paying $10 each time.
I will be at the Autocross at TMS on 10/19.
I will be at the RiceKillers meet at 190/Coit @ 9pm on 10/20.
I will be at the NTEC meeting in Irving on 10/21.
If you cannot meet me, hook up with someone to have them grab a pass for you.
