How important is a good driver?

Apparently VERY.

ratt_finkel took my car for a whirl on Saturday, and this is the video comparing his 2nd time ever in my car vs. my best time from that day.

Ouch.

A good driver can make a piece of **** car look great. The nut behind the wheel is the most important one of all.

Good Driver make a world of difference.. I know this is this is 2 different car example but locally a good friend with lots of suspension mods to his 05 STI with just a Turbo back Exhaust and a Cobb access port So basically stock powered STI so about 280 WHP with those bolt ons With BFG RA-1 Tires was 1.7 sec faster than another guy with a 05 Evo RS with the same tires, Lots more suspension and a full cage, widebody and a fully built 2.3 AMS motor with a HTA GT35R around 600whp... Not raggen on the Evo or its power but that fact that this guy didn't drive so well With a lot more money and not that good of a driver he wasn't faster than some who can drive {thumubp}
