Yeah its just crazy how this stuff happens, but thats the thing, stuff just happens. The guy was really quiet, but was an outstanding soldier and friend. Well we all know there will be alot more vehicle inspections coming through the gates from now on. And I know staff duty NCO's will be pretty busy with barrack checks.

Hey who all here has a facebook? I'd like to add yall

BTW, does anyone know who does some good powder coating around our area. I want to powder coat my wheels gold. Im sick and tired of the gunmetal color. I would really love to get some advan rgII's, but it doesnt fit my budget right now. Or if anyone ends up wanting to get rid of some, id trade the volks. I almost had a set, but my volks didnt fit the guys s2000 because the tires were to big. I just want some gold wheels

You can give High Point Coating a call as they are in Liberty, Texas (outside of Texas) or you can try Tirado Custom Coating (TCC) down in San Antonio if you don't mind the drive.

Thanks for the lookout. I need to stick with someone local so it would be easier to get done. I dont have the stock wheels to use while these wheels go in. I have to try and find some other wheels to put on for the time being. This is my daily driver, and I cant afford to allow the car to sit until the wheels get done.

Brother, we are talking about Texas when everything is spread out. I'd consider Austin and/or San Antonio pretty local considering that it's nearly 1,000 miles to cross the state of Texas as it's so big.

Yeah thats true. There is a place in Killeen called Tommy's Customs, and they do alot of great work, for great prices. I seen their paint jobs, but ive never seen their powder coat jobs. When I get back I will check with them and see if they do it. Then ill find some stockies to throw on the car while they get done.
