Well I have seen so many Evo's around town in with my Wife and in her car which is a Coop S. Due to both of mine being back home. Friday meets are at Advance Auto off of Stan Schlueter, around 7:30 P.M.

I found a slightly used X turbo for $250.00 plus shipping from a seller on the boards. Hopefully the sale works out, seller has good feedback. I wasn't planning on buying the X turbo just yet, but the price is too good to pass up. It will probably be a while before I actually get it installed though, since I will need a lot of parts to make the transition.

What's the cost for a tune? I am assuming they tune RA's. I have been wanting to get a tune but was thinking about holding back and dropping the money for a COBB AccessPort instead, since I'm not running any engine mods yet and their base maps are pretty good for stock set ups.

Well, the X turbo will be $300 shipped. I won't be able to drop the coin for a tune with the cost of the turbo, wife and kids gotta eat. Plus the RA is gonna need new shoes when I get back from my road trip.

I'll probably just wait until I get the mods installed before I go for a tune. Kinda disappointed because I'm sure I could get another 35-40 whp from a good tune just on the stock setup...at least that's what AMS is claiming with their base flash and boost pill.

Argh...holding back on the power adders is getting to be too much for me, I'm gonna crack soon...I want more power NOW!
