Ft Hood Evo Check-in

I ran a 12.4 @ 114 twice with a weak 2.0 60 ft. I had the 2 step set at 4500 to try and be easy on the clutch / learn how to launch it. I was spinning my *** off in 1st and goin into 2nd. After I let the car cool down for another pass I raised the 2 step and started the car and my wbo2 readings were all over the place at idle. even tried doing some driving and it was saying I was full rich or full lean and stuff but my drivability didn't change. So I know the sensor has to be ****ed up. Even logged it on evoscan just to check and its matching what the gauge is saying. At a better track I think I could touch an 11.9 possibly with a good 60ft. I was hoping for a 116ish trap though.

You did a good job running the car, and your time are not bad. But I will say this. Temple track is garbage. There is nobody in in the Evo Community that has been racing cars around this area as long as I have. I have over 11 years racing at the cheap temple track. Everyone and their mothers can attest that the track is garbage. I plan on hitting up SA track soon. You are more then welcome to join me. When I had my turbo civic, I was running mid 13's in temple, to running 12.54 in san antonio. That was in my SOHC D17 on spray. You will def run a better time at a better track. So whoever runs at the temple track, and are upset about their times. Get to a better track, and you will be much happier. Dont get your heart set on your time if it came from Little River.

U should launch at 5500 when u come to sa cause if u think u will spin at 4500 it won't. It's gonna die on u the sa track works very well with evos and low tire pressure. So u might wanna up the 2 step. But if u wanna try it at 4500 go for it and if u don't know how to change it let me
Know I'll help u out with changing ur two step
