Pole Position Raceway (indoor karting) is coming to Frisco!
ratt_finkel told me about this a couple weeks ago and I finally tracked down the info.

These guys: http://www.polepositionraceway.com/ are opening up in NW Frisco and should be open by spring of 09.

I think we need to get an NTEC Spring gathering/track day there

I hope this makes it. There used to be one on 35 that did not last.

The one in LV is lost of fun and it is $50 for two races.

In. Looks like a lot of fun, I did something like this on my last vacation but outdoors. I bet on that concrete indoors you can get the wicked drift if you wanted

Any update on this? Do they have a location yet? Is it being built out yet?

I've made the drive to OKC to go to Pole Position and will probably be heading out there again later this summer. I can't wait till we have one locally.

The update on their site dated June 1, 2009 says "working on Dallas. Details coming soon" so hopefully that means there is still something in the works.
