yeah..actually ride a ****ing bike and try and say that same statement. We take a risk constantly of getting knocked off the road. the lady came into my lane. i revved up, she flicked me off. So i knocked her side mirror off..do you think i sat next to her after that awating her response? no ****ing way i got the hell out of there. I was long gone before she could even react.

Yes he has a court date. He got a ticket. I would fight it. I fought my last two cases and lost but still I tried, and the Judge still lowered the fine for me. Reckless driving is a big offense.

I can't imagine to ever go to jail...EVER!! It would be a nightmare for me and my family. I wouldn't be able to sleep for so many nights if I ever go to jail. I hate being accused of being a bad person....Because I'm not.

He would've extended your jail time if you would've said that to him.

Picking on old ladies? Did I miss something in the story that said something about "old" ladies? Also old or young the lady who did it put his life in danger ...
Good point - he didn't say anything about old - probably just my biased brain from my co-worker buddy being killed on his bike last year by an old fart driving a van. My bad.

yeah..actually ride a ****ing bike and try and say that same statement. We take a risk constantly of getting knocked off the road. the lady came into my lane. i revved up,
I used to ride many years ago - put over 150K miles on bikes in a three year timeframe. So I do know about bikes and other traffic. A loud exhaust used to be a reasonable device for warning people that a bike was close by but that's not politically acceptable these days [except for slow, loud Harleys] and loudness doesn't always work.

She came into your lane? Move out of the way and move on. YOU escalated a situation (that's illegal in most states) and then you did damage to someone else's car. Two dumb mistakes don't make it right. She has every right to legally pursue you for your actions.

For the record: YOU put your life in danger everytime you choose to ride in traffic. Other people just do what they do. It's YOUR job to watch out and avoid *every* other driver, including other bikes. You can be right and dead too - that freedom can have a high price. If you're gonna ride in bumper-car traffic, expect to get bumped now and then. It happens. There's a reason bikers wear thick clothes, leathers and helmets.

Girlscouts put thier lives on the line much more than any cop...and thats just selling cookies.
Get mad at me if you want but....90% of cops are total morons and have a grudge against everyone. By wearing that uniform they get power that they cannot have in real life, so they try so hard to abuse it. Im sorry but I have to admit that the police have ****ed me over more than ever helped me in life. Any one in the military can attest that even MP are total morons when it comes to laws. ALL cops looove to enforce these laws but when its thier turn to follow them its another story.

Gotta love county cops....On my way to the jail house the cop drove about 90-100 switched lanes with no signal, talked on his cell phone, tailgated everything he could, and ran 2 or 3 lights.....Almost wish HPD would have arrested me instead, at least thier holding cells arent 40 deg.
How was everyone elses night?

dude that sucks, lmk if your buddy wants to sell that 240
