I suggest an email tune. Dyno tunes are so overrated. I don't drive my car on a dyno; I drive it on the street. Tuning it on the street simply makes a lot of sense for a street car.
I've had my EVO professionally tuned on six different occasions. Three on a dyno and three via email. The email tunes were so much better. I don't care how much time a dyno tuner takes, it will always feel rushed in comparison to a good email tune.
YMMV

Dyno tune, it's worth it and does things that just can't be done on the street (plus it's performed it a safe, controlled environment). Kansas City has a good dyno-tuner (http://www.mkcperformance.com/servic...-tuning-rates/) as does Minneapolis (http://www.dbptuning.com/services.htm).
I made the 1,000+ mile drive to get tuned by Shane @ DB (the shop linked above for Minneapolis). He's done all my cars (DSMs, IX, and X) plus my wife's WRX.
