Nothing at all, he probably doesn't even know about them, the vast majority of eBay sellers who use the "Best Offer" feature setup an auto-reject minimum price.

Not really, his reject doesn't show up for a few days. Autoreject would happen instantly, definitely not over 3 days. It has been fun though. Nonetheless, I only do it when I have really wasteful spare time to use.

That is correct. As long as one party knows then you are in the clear.

Ive been around tuning shops since the mid 90's and Alamo has never had a good reputation. It's a shame business are still out there like this. Buyer beware!

Well then on that note its good that I even got on tape me letting him know that it was al being recorded if this goes to court of some sort.

Thought some of you may find this interesting. Brice Yingling d/b/a Alamo Auto Sports and Andy Scott had appeared to file a class action lawsuit. Case No. C-09-01733. (Brice Yingling d/b/a Alamo Auto Sports and Andy Scott vs. eBay, Inc.).
